Day 1, May 20, Thursday
Program includes 4 panel discussions and 6 roundtables.
Panel discussions:
- Innovation region. Criteria and indicators of innovation activity. Regional innovation development instruments.
- Innovative cities. Classification of innovative cities. Projects and possible risks of creating federal centers on education, research and developments.
- Consortium of universities and scientific organizations. Cooperation and partnership mechanisms for science and education in terms of economic and social efficiency.
- Creation of R&D centers. Modern Russian corporations and their research and development policy.
The results of panel discussions will be introduced during the plenary session on May, 21.
Roundtables:
- Perspectives of information and communication technologies development.
- Start-ups. Conditions for creation of new innovation companies.
- Perspectives of nuclear technologies development.
- Innovations in natural resources management and environmental protection.
- Development of cities. New requirements for architecture and town-planning.
- Innovation technologies in manufacturing food products to increase life expectancy and quality of life.
Day 2, May 21, Friday.
Plenary discussion ‘Innovation Regional Leadership: Competing for the Future’.
This discussion will include participation of the regional heads: R. N. Minnihanov, the President of Tatarstan Republic, N. E. Merkushkin, the President of Mordovia Republic, v. A.Tolokonskiy, the Governor of Novosibirskaya Oblast, O. A. Chirkunov, the Governor of Permskiy Krai, A. D. Artamonov, the Governor of Kaluzhskaya Oblast.
The following events will be held within the framework of the Forum:
