Goal: To discuss nanotechnology platforms as a net mechanism of innovation processes management and key results of innovation processes implementation.
Issues and topics for discussion:- When analyzing and designing an innovation activity it is assumed to distinguish at least two forms for its organization: centralized (corporative, state) and decentralized (network one). Is this distinction crucial for modern Russia? Is a development of innovation activity network organization form considered to be a top target?
- Which function should a mechanism of “technological platforms” carry in formation of Russian innovation system?
- Which way should technological platforms development follow – centralized or decentralized one?
- An initiative to establish a technological platform “Medicine of the future” appeared in Tomsk, and a platform of modern information & communication technologies was formed in Silicon Valley. Why? Which role do territorial communities play in platforms formation?
- Resting on network principals, could territorial innovation clusters contribute to knowledge-based economy development?
